Lian works with select artists on intensive career development, helping to get their product into the right hands to further their artistic aspirations. She is an idea person, who provides professional advice, representation and encouragement to artists that she personally believes in.

For these artists she also handles promotion and publicity, using her extensive industry contacts at many major music magazines the world over.
